Project Update

We are pleased to announce Siesta Promenade has completed the entitlement process and received the approvals needed to make this exciting vision a reality. We want to offer our sincere thanks to the Sarasota County Board of Commissioners and Planning Commission for their thorough review, as well as to all those who provided feedback and voiced support county-wide for a proposal that balances the needs of the neighborhood, development and community at-large. We remain committed to being good stewards of the community as we move forward to bring the Siesta Promenade vision to life, and we appreciate the opportunity to continue make a positive impact on the Sarasota community. Please check back and connect with us on Facebook for construction news and updates as the project gets under way.
